Meet Sadie Anne!
She’s an adorable and well behaved little girl looking for a new home.
Sadie Anne is a 7 year old, female, Rat terrier. She weighs approx 15 pounds. She will go to her new home with her shots up to date, microchipped and spayed.
She is potty trained and crate trained. She rides well in the car and does well leash walking.
Sadie has a very sweet and loving personality. She follows you around and want to sit right beside you. She’s a very easy dog to take care of.
She would do best as an only pet. She’s food aggressive with other animals and loves her person so much she has trouble sharing with other animals.
Sadie has not done well at all with younger kids. She needs to go to a home with teenagers and above. She will nip small children in certain circumstances. This is why she was rehomed. She has not been nippy or aggressive at all with adults over anything. She’s been an angel while here and does great with our 16yr old. She’s been very gentle and easy going.
Vet and home checks required.

We are interested in Sadie Anne. We are a senior couple living in a condo near downtown Norfolk. Our building is in a residential area with lots of parks nearby. We haven’t owned a dog in about 10 years since our 18-year-old beloved Barkley passed away. One thing we need is a dog that is reasonably quiet as we live in a condo building. One of us is usually home and we have no other pets. Also, no small children in the family. Would she be okay “visiting” with our granddogs? One large and one small. thanks for the info. We are hoping to adopt soon.
