MOXIE AND MONKEY

ADOPTED!!!

These two were saved from an awful situation and are ready to find safe and loving homes.

They are approx 8-9 weeks old, around 1-2 pounds and we aren’t exactly sure of the breed. We were told Pekingese and Chihuahua however they have no tails and have a bit of a pug look as well. They are small breed cuties though!

Monkey is a male, he is the darker brown one.

Moxie is a female and lighter tan with some white stripes mixed in near her back legs.

Both are a bit shy but also come running over to great you. They need a little extra love to see the world isn’t scary.

They came from a hoarding situation that was so horrific the animals in the house(not these two) were killing and eating each other to survive. 😞

Both have been doing well in the crate. They did good on the car ride here. Neither are potty or leash trained yet as they are just puppies.

Because they are still puppies they will require a great deal of time, effort, and training. There will be chewed up shoes, whining, and lots of potty accidents. Please consider the amount of work a puppy takes before applying to adopt.

They will be going for a vet check this weekend and will be available for adoption shortly after.

Vet and home checks required. Located in Yorktown VA

We will not ship them, will not adopt farther than 3 hrs from Yorktown and also will not adopt them as a pair to avoid littermate syndrome issues later on in life.
