MEET ROSS!!!
This handsome puppy is super sweet and oh so handsome. He has a ton of potential and a great personality.
He is a 6 month old, male, Shepherd mix. He weighs 44 pounds.
Ross will be neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped as part of his adoption. He is heartworm negative.
This guy is a real cutie. He came to us with almost no training or socialization, but has learned so quickly. He’s doing very well with his house manners. He’s a smart boy that just needed someone to show him what to do and also to meet his energy needs.
Ross is doing great with his training. He has been doing good with his potty training. He does great on car rides. He is crate trained but will bark for a bit if he can still see you. He’s still learning to walk nicely in the leash. He tries to walk all over and between you legs but he’s learning.
He has done fantastic with all the other dogs he’s met so far. We do not know how he would do with cats. His previous family had kids and he was said to do really well with them, although he has not fostered with them now. He loves everyone he’s met so far.
Ross is a HIGH ENERGY DOG! He is going to need lots of exercise and both physical and mental stimulation to be a happy and well-behaved boy. When high energy dogs do not have their needs met they become destructive and difficult to deal with so please do not adopt him unless you were serious about keeping him busy and entertained. He loves to play and he loves puzzle games etc. Anything that keeps his mind and/or body busy. He really seems to love learning new things and has so much potential with someone willing to give him the proper levels of exercise each and every day.
He has not had any aggression with food, treats, or toys with people or other animals.
Overall this guy is an amazing and stunning puppy. If you’re an active person or family looking for a new best friend then he may be the one!
