RIP SWEET CHEWBECCA
Chewbecca has crossed the Rainbow Bridge 💔
(Yes, I am guilty of renaming her that, couldn’t help myself 😂🤷♀️, She goes by Becca or Chewie mostly.)
ChewBecca is an 8 month old, female, Chihuahua mix(possibly a touch of Wookiee), she weighs approx 4 pounds.
She came to us with so many fleas it looked like her skin was moving. Because of the horrible infestation she had been living with she has scratched and chewed a lot of her hair off. She’s been treated for the fleas and will regrow her hair soon.
ChewBecca is a really fun and sweet puppy. She has been great with other dogs and also cats. She hasn’t been around children yet but I think she will do great with them.
Her potty training is getting better by the day. She loves the doggie door and thanks it’s a fun game to jump through it over and over.
She will go in the crate but doesn’t like it much. She’s adjusting to a collar, we are not sure she’s ever worn one before. Leash training will start soon after she gets comfortable with the collar being on.
ChewBecca has a medium energy level. She’s still got a lot of puppy playfulness and will run all over the yard but also wants to cuddle. She loves toys, balls, bones and stuffed animals.
She has not been destructive as long as toys and bones are left out for her to use instead. Her transporter and her took a long ride together to get here and she did wonderful riding shotgun.

She will be spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots as part of her adoption.
