She was saved minutes before her owner was going to shoot her in the woods Bc she had served her purpose of having puppies 😡
Darla is a female, approx 3 yr old, bulldog mix. She weighs approx 60 pounds.
She has been the sweetest dog to her rescuers. She takes a minute to warm up to new dogs but then does great with them. She also does great with cats. If that wasn’t enough Darla is fantastic with kids, she’s been living with younger children since her rescue.
Darla is crate trained and does well on a leash. She pulls a bit when excited. She’s done great on car rides and is fully potty trained.
She is an overall calm dog. She’s got no food aggression with people however she was thin when rescued and still doesn’t do well with other animals around her food. She should be fed separately.
Darla thinks she’s a lap dog. She’s a loyal companion that loves to hang around her people. She also loves to play fetch, cuddle and is said to listen very well.
There is no vet work history for Darla. As part of her adoption I will set up an appointment for shots and spaying. That will be included in her Rehoming fee and part of her contract if not already completed before she’s adopted.
