Meet Baxley!

This handsome puppy was almost euthanized for space at a shelter. Luckily we were able to save him in time and he is ready for a family of his own now!!

Baxley is a 9 month old, male, pitbull/American bulldog type mix. He weighs approx 50 pounds.

He will go to his new home up to date on shots, microchipped and neutered.

He has been good with other dogs. He has not been up close with cats but had no reaction to them walking by at the shelter.
He also does well with kids. He is very goofy and thinks he’s a lap dog. He loves to cuddle.

Baxley is learning to walk on a leash and he’s already doing really well with it. It doesn’t appear he had been on a leash prior to us getting him. He isn’t pulling much but seems to not yet understand it completely. He’s doing well with crate and potty training. He rides great in the car.

He is a lover and thinks everyone is a friend. He will come right up to a stranger and lean up against them. Truly a gentle and sweet dog. He wants nothing more than to be loved.

If you’re looking for a well behaved, easy going, lovebug then Baxley is your guy!!!
